1. Booking & Confirmation
By booking an appointment with HR Style and Cut through this website or directly via telephone, you agree to these Terms. All appointments are subject to availability and personal confirmation by Master Barber Hector via SMS or phone call.
2. Mobile Service Destination Requirements
For Mercedes VIP mobile van appointments, clients must ensure:
- A legal parking spot, loading zone, or private driveway capable of accommodating a standard commercial van is accessible at the destination address.
- Any residential community security gate access codes or concierge clearances are provided in advance.
- In the event of severe Massachusetts weather emergencies (e.g. major blizzards), mobile appointments may be rescheduled for client and road safety.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Courtesy
We value your time and allocate dedicated travel and appointment windows exclusively for you. We respectfully request at least 2 hours’ advance notice if you must cancel or reschedule your session.
4. Health & Sanitization Standards
Hector operates under strict Commonwealth of Massachusetts Master Barber hygiene protocols. All shears, clippers, guards, and razors are medically sanitized between clients. We reserve the right to reschedule clients showing symptoms of contagious illness.
